All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full before production begins. We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout.
4. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Estimated shipping costs and lead times are displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, production may begin, and cancellations are no longer possible.
6. Returns and Refunds
As all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. If an issue occurs, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and details.
