What types of fabrics and colors do you offer?
We offer a wide selection of fabrics including linen-look, blackout, and textured options in a broad range of natural and modern colors to suit any interior style.
Can I choose the heading style for my curtains?
Yes. You can select from several heading styles including wave, pinch pleat, eyelet, pencil pleat, rod pocket, and multifunctional tape when placing your order.
Are tiebacks included with my curtain order?
Yes, we include matching fabric tiebacks free of charge with every curtain order. Curtain rods, rings, or tracks are not included.
Do you offer extra-long or extra-wide curtains?
Yes. We produce curtains in custom sizes, including extra-long and extra-wide panels, tailored exactly to your window dimensions.
Are these curtains machine washable?
Yes, our curtains are machine washable at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle. To maintain fabric quality, avoid bleach and tumble drying. Always follow the care instructions included with your order.

Ordering & Production

How do I place an order for custom curtains?
Simply select your fabric, choose your desired options (heading, lining, size), and enter your measurements on the product page. You can also contact us for assistance before placing an order.
Can I request fabric samples before ordering?
Yes, we offer fabric samples free of charge. A small shipping fee may apply depending on your location. You can request swatches directly from our website.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that time, production may already be in progress and changes may not be possible.
How long does it take to make my curtains?
Production usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your order details. We’ll notify you by email once your order is ready for dispatch.
Do you offer rush or priority production?
In most cases, yes. If you have a tight deadline, please contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping, Returns & Support

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with express delivery services. All orders are delivered to your door, and tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
Will I need to pay customs or import taxes?
Depending on your country, customs fees or VAT may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination.
Can I return or exchange my curtains?
As all curtains are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the product is incorrect or defective. Please double-check all measurements before ordering.
