Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipment. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide using reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or national postal services (depending on destination and service selected).

  • USA & Canada: 4–8 business days
  • Europe: 3–6 business days
  • Australia & Rest of World: 6–10 business days

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to customs or local courier delays.

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

As all our products are made to order based on your specific measurements and preferences, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Color differences due to screen variation

However, we do accept returns or provide replacements in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • The item received is not what you ordered

If you encounter an issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may begin, and cancellations are no longer possible.
