Choosing curtains online can be challenging. That’s why we offer free fabric samples so you can feel the texture and see the tone before placing your order.
- Each sample is approximately 10×20 cm.
- Completely free – only the shipping fee applies at checkout.
- Available for all Belle Cose Home fabric collections.
- Dispatched within 2–3 business days via UPS.
- Limit: up to 5 samples per order.
Please specify the fabric name and color tone you’d like in the Order Notes at checkout (for example: “LUNVA – Beige”, “VALENZA – VL02”).

Processing Time:
All of our products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipment. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times:
We ship worldwide using reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or national postal services (depending on destination and service selected).
- USA & Canada: 4–8 business days
- Europe: 3–6 business days
- Australia & Rest of World: 6–10 business days
Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to customs or local courier delays.
Customs & Import Duties:
No customs duties or additional charges at delivery. The price you pay at checkout is final — there are no hidden fees.
Return & Exchange Policy
As all our products are made to order based on your specific measurements and preferences, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Color differences due to screen variation
However, we do accept returns or provide replacements in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect
- The item received is not what you ordered
If you encounter an issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may begin, and cancellations are no longer possible.
